Studio Policies & Information
First Class / New Client Arrival
If you’re preparing for your first visit, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before class to give yourself time to check in, get familiar with the studio, and set up your reformer.
Before attending your first class, please make sure you have:
Completed the online waiver
Reserved your class through our booking system, Momence
If you are new to reformer pilates, we recommend beginning with our Frame Fundamentals class, which introduces the basics of the equipment, foundational exercises, and studio format. Many clients start with Fundamentals before progressing into our Signature group classes, though classes can be combined depending on experience and comfort level.
If you have any injuries, concerns, or questions, please let us know before class begins so we can provide appropriate modifications.
Age Requirements
Clients must be 16 years or older to attend classes at Frame Pilates.
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent included in the liability waiver.

Schedule Changes
Classes and instructors may occasionally change.
Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date information.
Cancellation Policy
Because class sizes are limited, we kindly ask that clients cancel in advance so others have the opportunity to book.
Group Classes
Group classes require 12 hours’ notice to cancel without penalty. Cancellations made before the 12-hour window will have the class credit returned to your account.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time, or failure to attend a reserved class, will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
Private & Duet Sessions
Private and duet sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the session.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. This policy helps ensure fairness for all clients and allows others the opportunity to book available spots.
Waitlist
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, the system will automatically add you to the class and notify you.
If you are no longer able to attend while on the waitlist, please remove yourself to allow another client the opportunity to join.
Standard cancellation policies apply if you are added from the waitlist and do not attend.
Injuries & Health Conditions
Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, limitations, or health concerns prior to class.
While our instructors will do their best to provide modifications, they are not medical professionals. Instructors may ask clients to modify or avoid certain movements for safety.
If you are recovering from an injury or have specific concerns, private sessions may be recommended.
