About Frame Pilates

Movement has always been central to my life. From competitive sports in high school to distance running in my early twenties, I’ve consistently been drawn to training that builds strength, endurance, and resilience.

During pregnancy, I discovered barre and Pilates and quickly saw the power of controlled, strength-based movement in a new way. It reinforced something I already believed: true strength comes from precision, stability, and training the body with intention.

When I began teaching movement, starting with barre and ultimately centering my work in Pilates, I realized my passion extended beyond training for myself. I was driven to coach others toward greater strength, control, and confidence. That clarity led me to create Frame Pilates in Anderson Township.

My philosophy is simple: train with purpose, prioritize precision over volume, and build strength that supports you both inside and outside the studio.
